Refund policy

Pre-orders: You can cancel your pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships. Just email us at info@mamuli-surf.com with your order number.

Returns after delivery: As a safety product worn on the head, helmets can only be returned if they are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@mamuli-surf.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Faulty or incorrect items: If your helmet arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@mamuli-surf.com and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
